早就想琢磨一下这个问题，限于时间等因素没有动。估计对大家会有用的。
主要方面：

EG和MB等等，帐号问题，被骗问题。

三、其他方面

EG收不到PIN的信件模板
英语水平不好的人，eg收不到pin的解决方法

首先，你的eg中的信息必须填写正确，尤其是你的地址，然后向service@e-gold.com写一封信，内容如下：

Subject: Couldnt receive PIN for my acct 123xxx !

Dear Sir/Madam,
My EG number is 123xxx with registered email xxx@xxx.com, but I couldnt receive the PIN each time when I try to login. My English is not so good so I cant phone you. Could you please HELP and send a surface letter to me with the address registered in my account info?

这是告诉他们你的英语水平不好，你没法打电话和他们交谈，请他们给你寄国际邮件到你家

10天之内，你会收到这样的一封信：

然后向service@e-gold.com写信，内容如下：

hello!
my Validation Code:xxxxxxxxx
please change the security setting on my account,then,i will update my your account with a valid email address and reset your account security level.thanks

注意把xxxxxxxxxx换成他给你的验证码，然后过一段时间，你就可以不用pin进入eg，然后立刻填写正确的信息,再把pin验证改回来，就可以了。

冲浪时经常碰到的一些问题及解决办法(整理)

作冲浪一段时间了,看见好多的人都有碰到这样那样的问题,个个心急如焚,都是钱啊,本人也碰到过几次类似下面的几个问题,多亏网家的朋友帮助才得以解决.但发现大家都是英语问题都是一个问题问一次,没有人整理.因此发了点时间,把大家冲浪经常碰到的英语问题粗整一下,希望对大家有帮助.下面的东东还不全,以后还会继续整理修改中!!!!!!!

一、冲浪记录没有或冲浪的钱没加上

I did surfed on May 9th and 10th and got the interest to my account balance. But when I logged in to my account today, I found that their was nothing for these two days in the history status; these two days interest was missing. Plz kindly help me to check. Thanks!

二、升级的时候没注意服务器时间，当天冲完后还升级，损失了一天的利息，请求站长予以更改升级时间

I just upgraded my account with 40$,because your site indicate the server time is 00:14,May 7,so I upgrade.but in my history it indicate my upgrade date is May 6(I had surfed for May 6).so the profits for this 40$ not been added, Please help me to add it to my account balance,or correct the upgrade date on May 7.Thanks!
大意：我于5月7号升级了40刀，当时服务器显示时间为00：14，我5月6日冲浪已经完成，但当我升级完毕后，发现升级的单位是加在5月6日，因此请求站长将升级时间更改为5月7日。

三、冲浪升級顯示交易失敗，但EG已付款

九、冲浪站EG号被人改动，钱被人转走了（这个问题发生已经有好几次了）

大意：今天我登陆帐户，发现我的EG号被人改成3164390。我帐户里的钱被人偷了。我是EG应该是******，我是在某月某日升级了多少刀，交易号为*****，请帮我核查一下。

十、我5月30日的升级包今天到期,但是站长以前给我加的错过冲浪的利息没在支付包,请一起支付给我好吗?
